Refund Policy

If your individual plan doesn't reflect your intake or isn't meaningfully personalized, we'll rebuild it at no charge — or issue a full refund. Your choice.

Refund eligibility by plan type

Individual plans 30-day guarantee

Applies to: The Blueprint, Blueprint + Check-In, Sport Blueprint, Elite Athlete Package, Hybrid Plan, Plan Refresh, The Evolution.

If your delivered plan doesn't accurately reflect the information in your intake form — wrong conditions, wrong equipment, ignored medications, generic programming — you have 30 days from the date of plan delivery to request either a free rebuild or a full refund. Your choice.

Monthly coaching subscriptions Cancel anytime

Applies to: Full Coaching, Loyalty Coaching.

Cancel at any time to stop future billing. Subscription fees for months already billed are not refundable, since coaching services for that month have been rendered or made available. Your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.

Team packages 30-day guarantee on initial delivery

Applies to: Team Starter, Full Roster.

If the initial team package delivery doesn't reflect your roster specifications, position groups, or stated needs, you have 30 days from delivery to request a rebuild or full refund. Subsequent season refreshes are non-refundable once delivered.

Enterprise / multi-team contracts Per contract terms

Refund terms for Enterprise and district-level licenses are governed by the individual signed agreement between EliteBlueprint and the organization.

Diamond Tier — Peptide Protocol Non-refundable once generated

Because the Diamond Tier protocol is generated and displayed instantly upon submission of the protocol builder form, it is non-refundable once the protocol has been generated.

Exception: If you experience a technical failure that prevents the protocol from generating or displaying correctly after payment, contact us within 7 days and we'll either regenerate your protocol or issue a full refund.

How to request a refund

  1. Email us within the eligibility window.
    Send a message to elitebluprintfit@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Include the name and email used at checkout, the plan you purchased, the date of purchase, and a brief description of why the plan didn't meet expectations.
  2. We'll respond within 2 business days.
    We'll confirm eligibility, ask any clarifying questions, and — if you requested a rebuild — connect you with your specialist to start the revision.
  3. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.
    Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your card issuer, the refund typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days after processing.

How to cancel a subscription

To cancel Full Coaching or Loyalty Coaching, email elitebluprintfit@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" from the email address associated with your subscription. Include:

Chargebacks

Please email us before filing a chargeback. We are a small operation, and a chargeback costs us a non-refundable bank fee on top of the disputed amount — even when the dispute is resolved in our favor. Almost every refund issue can be resolved in a single email. Reach out first and we'll take care of you.

Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in: immediate termination of any active subscription or future service access; forfeiture of returning-client loyalty pricing; and recovery of associated bank and dispute fees. Filing a fraudulent chargeback (for services delivered and received as described) may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

What is not eligible for a refund

Special circumstances

If you're experiencing a medical emergency, hardship, or extenuating circumstance, contact us directly. We will always try to find a reasonable solution that works for both of us. Our stated policies are the default; we handle exceptions by email.
