Why EliteBlueprint exists.

I've spent the last 16 years coaching young athletes and adults — watching people show up, work hard, and still not get the results they deserved. Not because they lacked effort, but because someone handed them a plan that didn't fit them. A plan that ignored their medical history. A plan built for an athlete they aren't. A plan that looked the same as everyone else's.

That's what I couldn't stomach. Generic plans waste real effort. They waste time. They waste trust. And for people with actual health conditions — Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, sleep apnea, joint issues, aging athletes who can't train like they're 22 anymore — a generic plan isn't just ineffective. It's dangerous.

Biomechanics is what I keep coming back to. How your body actually moves. What your position demands. What your medications change about your response to training. What your bloodwork reveals that a questionnaire never could. That's the level of specificity every plan needs — and that's what I build into every EliteBlueprint plan, personally.
